Frame Challenge

You know me!  I just love a good challenge!  So when Sherrill Graff, another SU! Demo, challenged us to get crafty with a frame, I jumped on it!  I found this great mirror with fun circles at the Dollar Tree of all places!  :)  (It's the back left top mirror.)

Using the Googly Ghouls stamp set and Howlstooth & Scaringbone DSP, I whipped up the Halloween frame below.

I left some of the mirror visible and added Mr. Mummy peeking down on everything.

Supplies: All Stampin' Up! except the mirror
Stamps: Googly Ghouls
Cardstock/DSP: Calypso Coral, Basic Black, Howlstooth & Scaringbone DSP
Ink: Basic Black, Soft Suede
Accessories: Shimmer Mist, Googly Eyes, Large Pearls, 1 3/4", 1", and 3/4" circle punches, Peekaboo Frames Die, Big Shot, Decorative Label Punch, Basic Black Satin Ribbon, Window Sheet, Polka Dots Embossing Folder

So now, I challenge YOU!  Show me what you can do with a frame!  :)

P.S. Don't forget to the check out the Late Night Stampers Treasure Hunt!  A GREAT prize for the winner!

Have a fab day!

Late Night Stampers Treasure Hunt!

I'm joining the Late Night Stampers Treasure Hunt.
What is that you say?
Think blog scavenger hunt. :)

I will list my clue here in a bit. Start with that or wherever you started. Then find 50, yes that's five-oh, clues from now until October 31 then email me and turn the list of clues in. I'll need the clue and where you found it. I'll also need your contact info so I know where to send your prize.

When all is said and done someone will find all the clues, turn them in, get entered for a drawing, get their name drawn and win $150 in Stampin' Up! products! That's a whole workshop in a box!!! What will you get if you win? I don't know but that is one happy shopping trip.  In addition, those who are emailing me with their clues will be entered into a second drawing for a free roll of the new Satin Stitched Ribbon. Choice of color is yours.  Contest ends October 31st. Make sure you get your list in early. Best of luck!
You'll find my clue someplace on my blog.:)
To help you hunt for clues, here's a list of Participating Blogs. :)

      Winter Ombré

Don't you just love days where you get to play?  There's nothing better than getting a little ink on my fingers and dreaming up fun in a crafty way!  ;)
I used the Four Seasons Hostess set and a little ombre on vellum to create the card I made today.  I was completely inspired by this picture from the Stampin' Royalty team!  I twisted the iSpy Sketch a little bit to add my center hole so you could see the ombre'd vellum inside the card. If you look closely, the ribbon is also ombre'd!  Is that even a word?!?! ;)
This also qualifies for the Just Add Ink: Blue & Bling Challenge.

      Supplies: All Stampin' Up!
      Stamps: Four Seasons
      Cardstock: Island Indigo, Tempting Turquoise
      Paper: Vellum, Silver Glimmer
Ink: Temping Turquoise, Island Indigo, Versamark
Accessories: Pewter Embossing Powder, Heat Gun, Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Large Pearls

      Have a fab day!
